On February 9, 2011, Geoff and I bought our first house. The house that we bought is in the perfect location - just north of Grand Ave. This means we are close to bars and restaurants, plenty of stuff for us to do. The only problem with this house is it needs A LOT of work. I mean a lot! Right now it is in such disrepair that we will not be moving in until we get one floor of this three floor house redone. In order to do this quickly, we have hired a contractor to help us out. This is also a requirement of our loan but more on that later.
To keep our friends and family updated on our progress - especially those who live out of town - we have started this website. With this site you can share in our progress, successes and of course our pain.
